Really lovely work on the face, the ear looks like it jumps out a bit though. Maybe it is just a wee bit too far back also - not sure on this one.
The base of the neck and her clothing look a bit flat, and the crosshatch on her upper chest look like it needs some work. Also her neck should probably extend into her chest (kind of like a pipe stuck into a slanted surface).
Her right arm looks like it's outstretched upwards, but this bothers me a bit as it's outside the image, so I don't know what she is doing with it? Intentional?
Overall great work, colours are real nice too!

I've worked on some of the suggestions. Thanks guys. Shoulder anatomy still needs work though, and I'm getting to the tunic.
