Finally got excited about drawing again, did this tonight. About 30 minutes work, just a crap sketch. I a trying a new technique, b&w pencil crayons on grey paper.

Any helpful comments are welcome.

It looks really cool. But I think you got too carried away with the muscle structures that you forgot about the bones that they connect to.

I think you should really get that clavicle in there and bring out the pits in the neck. It should really and some 'umph' to that neck of his and give you a target as to where to connect hise deltiod and trapezious.

Looks great, though.

Looks good...
I would bring the muscles ( on each side of his throat ) which look like a "V" when stressed more out... In the moment they look really flat...
Like this guy alot... He doesn't look plump like the Hulk looks to me...
Btw... This guy has no skin?

See, tis funny. I used to put in lots of details in the neck, but when i recently looked at a body building mag, thier necks are just thick, not really all that defined.

Same with the collar bones, you can't really see them until the arms are forward. Its very odd. This is only on the biggest guys mind you, but still...

You can see in my older drawings how much i like necks...and clavicles.

Those are really good, although it looks like they have no skin layer.. just pure muscles.

I was about to say they're really intense drawings, but then I noticed it's also your nickname.. so I avoided the pun.

when body builders go in2 competition they try to get rid of all their fat and water.. this is so that the muscles are very well defined its called being 'cut' most professional BB go in2 comp with just 3-4% body fat and as little water as possible, take a look at a few images...
