I drew this out and then scanned, then started to go over it. I'm aware of some perspective problems, but other than that, I need suggestions to enhance the quality of this picture.

This is infinitely better than anything else I've seen from you.
Did you use reference at all, or is this all straight outta your head? This is head and shoulders above your previous posts.
There are some issues with your elipses (too small), but I realize it's still a WIP. This has a lot of potential in my opinion. You might even want to consider scrappin' the idea of wheels all together for some type of hover-car. You could make a cool glow underneath the car with some neat tech-stuff.

Yeah, I like the Tree merchant idea about making it a hover car. That way you could practice pipes and tech-stuff. "Mmmm, tell him Tree Merchant----he'd lllike tech stuff, and like you said he could experiment with neat glows and tiny power lights under that car or something. Anyways whatever you do Bouncemaster I have a feeling it just might be a cool pic. So pick your self a light source and render it. Keep in mind other light sourcess that you might want to put in your scene, they will affect whats arround. (I'm assuming a night scene)
cheers! |

Thank you Tree Merchant. Yeah, this is straight outta my head. The idea for a hover car is really cool, but I'd need to change the backdrop for it to fit nicely from this current intersection to a Courscent-like city up high. But thanks for the idea, I could do that afterwards.
And crazybread, thank you too, my colouring is at an all-time low, so I may use a direct flat and gradient technique as if it were a strip of a comic until my colouring styles increase. |
