Your cg'ing is looking better already, with more consistent coloring and shading. ^_^
It still needs more atmosphere though. You need more shading in the areas untouched by light, and the only two lights right now seem to be the swords, so the back and side of his head would be darker, underneath his shoulder, etc.
I don't think the lights coming out of the swords are aligned correctly with the handles...they look, off.
Be sure to add more shading and detail to the helmet also, as it looks a little plain right now. Keep working on it. ^^
For some reason, I like the shading on his shoe. It looks really cartoonish. ^_^ Hehe. |

your anatomy is broken. draw the torso and hips behind the foot. theres no way it all got covered up by his foot. draw it all out and youl see. other than that its lookin tight. |

by having the foot directly pointed at the viewer, it causes a confusion of the anatomy. try making a similiar dynamic pose without the leg and foot aimed directly at the viewer
its distracting, and if you changed the pose to keep consistent with a dynamic pose
i think it would work out better
just my 2 cents ![](images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif) |

Just a note from a guy who is experienced in martial arts, when people do that sort of kick they usally have there foot turned up more. Its more functional when landing, not to mention a little more comfortable. |
