The anatomy of the man at the top of the piece looks a little wrong to me. There are a few things that may help:
His out-stretched leg looks too short, if you look at his head in relation to the torso it looks fine but the leg looks out of proportion in comparison.
Also the forearms look short. The biceps should end roughly where his belly button would be and the forearms should be a little shorter than the length from the top of the deltoid to the bottom of the bicep.
The left hand looks off, I think it maybe because I can't see a thumb anywhere.
I like the amount of detail present and the leaves being blown about too. It'd be nice to see what you put in as a background.
