Which form were you trying to make, exactly?

I think what you need is smaller strokes, and many more of them.

Edit: not strokes, I mean smaller coloured squares. But if it were me I'd just do hundreds of little coloured strokes, not squares.

no offense, but i don't think the colors are really creating any kind of form. although it does work if its supposed to be kind of abstract or something.

This is Basement bound, forgot my password and so i am using my cousins. He was already logged in.

Thanks guy, was trying something new, guess I have to work on it more. The form was suppose to be a glass, for some reason when it scanned the colours altered a little. have to create more of a change in tone for the colours.

I think the second attempt is a big improvement. Much more depth and roundness achieved. Looks like post-Impressionism.

Thanks, I like doing this even if it is a little time consuming (coloured pencils vs. painting). I am going to work on this more, kind of fun.
