Yes it's true friends, if you check out the offical dbz site funimation has made a statement about selling the rights to fox entertainment to make a live action movie. Anyway, I think this could be a really good thing or a really bad thing, depending on how the style and story of the movie is handled.

cutting to the chase, I did some crappy doodles of what I though Piccolo might look like if he looked more real.


I think if their going to do a movie they should do the saga of the fight between piccolo and goku at the tournement fight. The reason being is it would be a good introduction to the dbz world, aswell as not going to far into the dbz series to leave the unfamiliar in the dust. Plus a live action fight between Goku and Piccolo would ROCK!!!!

If it was done correctly it would rock. But if it is anything like xmen or street fighter the movie, things could get dangerous. However seeing DBZ executed properly on the silver screen would be VERY nice. DBZ has always had the best fighting as far as im concerned.
