reminds me (the face at least) of the bad guys in the 5th element

the crits would go on the right (his right) shoulderpad -it's wrong, pretty flat; the goggles need volume definition, as well as feet - feet are what bothers me the most in this pic. also, you should add some ground, a floor or something, now it's rather funny (looks like he's floating)
