The difference in hair techniques is a little weird - I'd change the highlights on the top to match the fringe on the right a bit more closely.

Other than that, pretty good. I like her eye.

Very nice!!
Did you use illustrator together with photoshop? I'm sorry, if not. The gradient on her hair makes me think that way.
