Don't double post, man... it's not nice...
And... If you really have to bring a thread into light, then wait untill it's out of the screen, or it has at least done 48 hours, and then discreetly bump it. You didn't even wait 24 hours.
Nag, nag, bitch, bitch, whine, whine, blah, blah...
Anyhow... I think you got some perspective problems. The right ear seems to be viewed almost directly from the side, and the left ear almost directly from the front. Other than that it's difficult to tell anything except that it's red, and theres a lot of lines. Not a very interesting composition, but it looks as though you are aiming for a character portrait type thing, and then composition isn't really that important.
The mouth\nose area is very nice though.

Ops, sorry... didn't mean to be overly harsh.... hmm...
The ear thing... Read my post. It's all there really... But... I can try to specify a little.
I can't see your picture anymore so I have to do it from memory.
The ears in your picture are viewed at very different angles. Which implies that you see the face from 2 different angles. Which is pretty impossible(Unless you're Picasso).
If the the angle of the right ear is correct, then you shouldn't see the left ear, as it would be hidden behind the face(If he has mighty big ears then perhaps you'd see the tip of the ear).
If the angle of the left ear is correct, then you should see the right ear at approximatly the same angle. But then I'd think you'd have to redo the face also.
My suggestion:
Remove the left ear.
OK?
