I found one old photo with an afghan nomad girl escaped from the war during 80�s and her parents are dead and she is the only one to take care of her sister. I wonder how much can this photos be restored and be cleaned?

i gave it a shot. i havent really done a lot of photo retouching before, and this is a very powerfull image i think. so here ya go.
very interesting photo, makes me sad.
