Well, the problem with the breasts is that they hang down very far, thus making them 'longer' (can't think of a better way to put it) than they are 'wide'. This would mean that if this faerie were to be standing upright, her breasts would hang down further than where they are attached to the chest.
I added a reallllllly quick, highly exaggerated sketch to show what I mean:
If this was intentional, then forget I said anything.

i think it looks awkward because its in motion. right? anyway, a fairy should have smaller breasts , those're just too big for her |
