CaptainCool, pretty much, though 12 is quite old for some stuf...
Considering you can start to drink booze from a very early age; the swallowing reflex is quite deep-rooted.
Smoking = pretty much the same as drinking, breathing comes even more naturally.
Driving = as soon as you can reach the pedals (seeing over the wheel is preferable, but not required)
Fucking = To quote Fight Club, "I haven't been fucked like that since grade school..." <- sums it up.

Yeah.
I'm actually 2 months 1 day shy of 19.
