well, it's not that easy for me... do you have any tipps how to improve any faults in there? any guidelines i should follow while painting?

one of the first faults could be corrected by resizing the image to a "normal" size.
there is no reason to see this in wallpaper resolution.

i dunno how the perspective is suppose to be, but it looks like to me like the bottom side should have more hair and the top should have less... looks like it should be falling down that way anyway. there's some good things going on here, but i think the face is what mostly distracts from the rest of the piece. define the features a bit more.. right now it just looks like a big brown mush.

I think you should go for stronger highlights in the area that the light is supposed to be shining at.

right now the arm stands out and seems somewhat "dispatched" imo

well, right arm's still not finished, just the general colors were painted.

but thanks for the comments, anyways...

lol, some people say that the face looks kinda rotten.

I'd say that the face is way to dark!
That's my no1 point of critique... .
