MAN! I need another Job! So, this is what I did today... Spent most of the morning in the airport screwing around and catching connections... So instead of reading some lame book, I scanned a sketch and played... The neck is too long but it was intentional... Fantasy right?
Anyway, reminds me of my lovely Aunt Martha... Shakes and all... |

Been working on this... Pulled color so that I wouldn't have to think about it... I've roughed out the general background, but find the lighting... boring. Anyone have any suggestions/paint-over as to how I can fix this.
Thanks-

what about having her back against the
moonlight. the moonlight would reflect
on the water and light the front of her
body including her face and eyes. ![](images/smiles/icon_razz.gif) |

That's actually a very good idea... Ironically I posted the "finished" version in the gallery about 2 minutes shy of the response... But I may have to go back and reevaluate the lighting again.

wow, thanks duality.
It's nice to have an idea recognized
as being good. I think that's the first
time on the posts here at sijun.
I'm gonna go check out your finished
version now. see ya. ![](images/smiles/icon_razz.gif) |

It was disturbing at first, but after a while I feel connected with her, starts to feel simpathy for her. It looks as if she's dying.
duality, you really did an excellent job on that sketch, really portrayed her well. And the shading is very good as well. |
