I've been looking at this too long. There is something wrong, but I can't figure it out. I've inverted it, flipped it horizontal, still no clue.
It was just a sketch, but I'm thinking about fleshing it out (so to speak). If I can fix it, that is. The legs may be a little short, or the feet a tad large, but I'm not certain.
I would also welcome any paint-overs or coloring for that matter. The more the better in fact.

well, you posted almost the same time i did! anyways, i think her thighs might be a bit short. her breasts could be a bit high, but im struggling with this kind of anatomy right now, so i could be wrong.(damn canons). her butt looks to small, i think it should end a bit further down into the thigh. belly button should be a little higher. i would try to start making things a bit more 3 dimensional, that might help. good show so far. |

The anatomy and preportions are fine. The figure is maybe just not the same as the figure in your mind, and only you can fix that. I have that same problem sometimes.

technically, realistically, it looks quite fine to my humble little eye. i sense what you are feeling, i think, though...if it were me I would lengthen her lower legs slightly. technically, an exaggeration, but in capturing the emotion/action you desire an "essential" exaggeration...if you will I really like the pose and acion, here...quite good!

The stance is right. Perhaps her feet are too big but it is not important right now
So perhaps all you need is to exagerate some movement, like bending the hips more to the front. Hip movement on a woman is more flexible ( sorry for my bad english )
I find personnally her hips too masculine |

BOOM!
Lostpapers, thank you! That's what it is, she has man-hips! Boy, that was bugging me. Now, how to work it out at that angle...
Anyone? Anyone? |

her legs are not too short... on most HUMAN woman, the distance from the head to the bottom of the buttocks is longer than from the the feet to the bottom of the buttocks. Her legs are long enough. The breasts arent too high, I think they are just right because in the position they move up. I just think you need to push those hips forward more, and tighten the buttons up so it looks like she's stretching those thaaangs... |

I guess it depends on what kind of character she is. If she is a playboy centerfold, then No, this pic does not work. However, I think that she has the body of a gymnast. Her legs are short, but they look very athletic. I don't think I would change a thing about her. She really looks good and I can't wait to see what she looks like after you "flesh" her out.

as you said, the angle is not the easiest one to make a dinstinction for the hips.
Anyway, personnally, I would try to broaden them by moving the left leg a little, and by moving the hips forward. Easiest said than done, I know
Moreover, I would try to give her behind a less cheeky look , that is to say in case you don't want her to be a gymnast.
If I can put my hand on some time, I'll try to draw what I propose here... |

I don`t have a problem with the body.. my only suggestion is too make the head a little less "spiky" it looks like a conehead for me.
well, since it's only a sketch, than i suppose that wasn`t intentional :P eitherway, you draw better than me.
later,

Just a thought but I think that the legs are not even. seems to me that if she was standing up right her one leg would be longer. |
