How about a green gollum descending on the poor defenseless hobbit? If this picture is to tell a story, there must be a reason why you are using this angle - I think it's best to describe some action taking place above him, otherwise the character would be more centered. Try it... grasping, clawed hands with dirty cracked nails reaching out to wring his neck...

maybe he's just on drugs and watching the neat effects above him?
the lighting on the nose isn't good- get rid of that outline
