first post on this forum.

i'd like to know what you think of this walkcycle i did recently with flash:

i know the timing is a little off at some frames.

I'd actually call that a run or jog cycle. Walking denotes one foot is always on the ground.

Other than that overly nit-pickish tidbit, I have to say that this animation has a very convincing flow. Quite natural, and fluid. Great job, blacksad. =)

Hey Blacksad,

Looking really good! Maybe a slight pop in the cycle at the point where his right leg is highest to about his passing frame (when both feet are next to each other). Maybe check where that one frame is and move it a little closer to the previous one? That's just a guess. Other than that, very cool. Now you can punch him up quite a bit by giving him some motivation. Either place something on his left that he is running after or something to his right that he is running away from. That will make it really fun to watch. Right now it looks like he is going at a modest jog so maybe putting fire on his rear shooting forth from a Dragon's head on his right might not work, but something a little less life threatening would be fun to watch. Hope you don't mind the rambling, great work!
