No, this is not "draw tippy" , but it's sorta like that... I was thinking how useful and instructional... Ok mostly, I was thinking how fun it would be to see different artists takes on lighting the same pic.

I chose this head because it was vague yet typical, and y'all seem to like a pretty face. I don't care about detail, I just want to see how folks interperet depth info when there isn't any... Thanks and have fun...

Ok, here's my version #1(beta), top lighting, very rough, no reference. I shrunk this one so the page is easier to load... ...Plus it hides lots of flaws...

Cool BGrounds DogFood and Jabber, damn, background is half of the illusion of depth isn't it. Back to the drawing board. Balistic: Mmmm very gothic, Not the typical blonde/blue eyed thing, I like her. Neat use of color. Gimbal, extreme lighting, this is what I love. M.A.C.K cool, Interesting use of darker skin tones, and great hair, I like the feathering.
Wow Dr. Bang, the shading on that last one is fantastic. Kind of Mucha-esque, cool layout. Black and white really lets the shapes emerge. Thanks for the multiple submissions, I think I'll give it another go too. In the imortal words of the brothers Duke, "Yee Haw.."
