The outlines are based on a rough pencil sketch by a friend of mine (he said it's ok for me to finish the pic, the sketch wasn't to his liking anyhow or so).
So, cleared up a lot of issues, tried to get the anatomy about right etc.. Biggest open thing is the head (as always) - anybody have any suggestions on how to set it?

I'm not certain what you'd like done with the head, but there are a few anatomy issues, namely the walk. Her hips don't seem to be helping very much. The trailing leg also seems to be longer than the forward one, leading the feet to be along the same line. This is just a personal thing, but the curves of the feet make it seem as if she put them on the wrong legs in the morning (and it appears that all the toes are of the same length).
There may also be a perspective problem (in looking from the feet to the shoulders), but I can't make it out exactly. |

Dogfoods right here..
The weight seems to be on her right
foot. Making the walk look more natural
you may want to tilt her hips. In this
case its necessary to draw her right
side of hip higher up. Im pretty sure
that you are aware of this anyway..
Lighting is bit confusing. When looking
at her breasts (ahh.. ) its obvious
that the lightsource is located overhead
and a bit behind. But look at her left
foot, and you can see how the value of
light is too bright. It makes her left
foot bounce out too much. That also
makes the walking look more like...
something else.
Nice work anyways. |

Snoogie, I have Loomis and I have another two books about anatomy - the piece was a quick one so I didn't correct any potential mistakes in it; I feel it's nicer to get the feedback from other people, just because they tend to spot the mistakes more easily.
Thanks guys for the feedback - I'll correct the stuff (and as usually, one really notices things like mistakes afterwards ). |
