He is for a video I am working on - How to Animate Puppets, which will be out in a couple of months. He is made out of Van Aken clay, and his eyes are made of delrin plastic ball bearings. The facial design is actually taken from this months Mad Magazine.
Thought you guys might like to see him,

Hi, love the look... very cool. Is it going to be a comedy or a serious animation? Looks pretty comical to me hehe nice one. |

Hello again,
Yea the FBI agent is kind of comical. But he is not going to be in any films, at least for the moment. I am going to be using him as an example in a how-to animate puppets video.
He probably took me two days to get to the point that you see him. But there is a lot more to be done with him. His hair still needs finishing, and his hands, clothes and feet have to be done too. So it will probably take a total of 4 days to finish him completely.
Van Aken clay is actually really cheap - you can find it in most craft stores for 2.50 a pound. And it comes in a ton of colors which helps a lot. You can get a list of stores at www.vanaken.com.
