I would like to say right off the bat that you need to go to the library and take out a few books on perspective and how to draw anatomy. they are things you need to work on. For now I did a quick overpaint, and will suggest some things to do.
Think of the body as a bunch of blocks, ball joints as balls and long bones as cyliders. And construct the body from there, it helps it really does. After you have the structure down is when to move onto details. Perspective is very important it can build or destroy a picture.
Colour makes a huge difference too. It creates depth, light tones have an effect of making things look closer, and the opposite for the dark tones. Overlaping also creates depth and is an easy technique to institue.
Hope all this has helped abit
