An image that began as a doodle. The only real problem I have had is the Dreadlocks(or snakelocks) as I ain't sure of the best way to do them right. Should I just draw each of them individually or is there some fun and interesting way to do it in another way?
Help appreciated

Wow, that's pretty neat stuff. I like how you did the shadow on that spike, gives the image some depth. Looks like your work is progressing, keep it up!
*note about texturing, if you are aiming for the realistic look of a texture (as you have attempted on his shoulder armor) you may have to draw out the texture you want. Or attempt to anyway, it's better to recreate the texture than to attempt to apply it directly. If you do, your work will tend to look a bit flat (because of the texture being 2 dimentional). If you draw it out, paying special attention to your perspectives, you'll end up with something far better. just my .02. |

Thanks,
I agree the overlay thingy tends to get flat, although it adds texture. Something I got as a bad habit from skinning. Maybe I should try custom brushes. See whether it works better. |

You given me an idea for something to draw, I love the preditor movies, the texture looks good, i dont have much to say about the pic, but maybe you could put a background to it, but if its a profile maybee not. I'm going to watch my preditor vid's. |
