well I can barely tell what's going on in it. it's pretty smudgy.
from what I can tell, it's a road and some buildings in a foggy or dusty area?
if so, your left building seems to be leaning to the right too much.. it looks like it could topple over. other than that I'd suggest just going back rechecking your perspective and really defining your shapes.
also it would help if you mention what sort of mood/feel/etc you're trying to create so people can give you more specific help.

i guess it would help if i got a damned tablet... i have a hell of a time making the shape come out the way i want it when "mousing". |
