First thing I thought of was xenogears, but then I always think about xenogears... Um it needs to be sharper with cleaner detail and more shadows and light. The right side of the mech looks good but something about the left looks wrong. also the flame wings might need to be a little bit smaller in proportion to the mech, but I don't know what you're going for. I think with a little work you could really clean this up to be nice. Its pretty good so far. Nice for a first.
