Pretty good for a first paint.

Seems to be too dark around they eyes, could just be me though.

Facial features are pretty flat, nose doesn't protrude from the face it seems.

Very good. I think the only real problem with this is that the highlights are maybe a bit too light.. skin doesn't reflect that much light.

You have defined his face really well though, so well done and stuff .
