I'd put some large banded scales on the belly on the snake half which would run down to the tail. Just as some extra detail.
Looks nice, though!

looks good. I would clean up the lines a little bit more, they are so close to being great that someof the roughness stands out more. Also, one of her eyes are too low or high, and it is making her head look a little flat.

Only complaint i have is the right hand looks a little off. Overall it looks good though.
