Been a while since I posted anything here.
Spent about a half hour on this so far, sorry I don't have a very good scanner.
C&C? |

strang thing.
a new scanner would be a great idea.
pencil art without the fine shades pencils do is just ... well, let's say, it loses lotta quality this way
you might as well have made a webcam shot of it.
what remains visible on your scanning is a good composing (sorry, can't find an adequate word). BUT there is no eye-catcher in it ... people tend to use one very detailed spot or one spot with very attractive colors (greyscales in your case) to give a picture not only an unique expression but ... well ... simply a spot that makes you awwwww when you first look at the picture.
the eyes or the mouth of it would be eyecandies.
it feels like giving the eyes deeeeep dark shadows ... and adding some irritating dark background ... hmm ... scratch the background idea ...
to sum it up, this one needs more work. give it an own identity. |

ok here is a bit of an update, i was thinking of giving him long black hair... but now i am not so sure that would look good on his facial structure:
any ideas on what sort of hair style i should give him? |
