nice design
simple but effective imo
i just don't like the 'students work' page.. it doesn't fit somehow.. the 'lesson plans' does so maybe u should keep to that style for 'students work' ?
just a thought :] |

Sorry about the double post my comp was acting up... I'll make it useful though. Here's the middle school's:
South Middle
There are 2 high school's, 2 middle schools (well 2 and 1/2 we're building a new middle school and closing one of the old ones), and 11 grades schools (that are left of about 15).
Although anything can beat the other high school's web page:
Central High
I hated that high school... went there 9 weeks and transferred...

Jabberwocky, yours is freakin' Yahoo compared to mine:
http://www.storey-county-schools.com/
You know who did those graphics? Me. When I was a sophomore. Seven years ago. They haven't changed them.
Yay for rural public schools. |

sonique, I have a few questions for you.
1. do you post wip's here before you hand them in?
2. Does you teacher know you do, if you do post?
3. Have you ever invited her here?
4.Or suggested to use it as a tool for teaching?
These maybe wierd questions to be asking, but I am preparing to be an Art teacher myself and these questions just came up in my head and thought you would ask.

1. sometimes i post my wips, but not lately. my latest pieces have just been to big.
2. and my teacher does not know that i post wip if and when i do.
3. my teacher does not know of a place like this. should i invite?
4. i would suggest this place as a good place for comments other then just classmates because from personal experience, highschool students just dont have the "eye" for art. if its realism is "cool", a
nd if its modern its "wtf??" here you'd get real opinions on artwork, how to improve and such.. so yes, i would recommend a place like as a teaching medium. |
