So..I started this model of me and I thought I would use it in a scene where I am testing brazil. (a 3D renderer for 3Dsmax. The "stuff" on my forehead will I hope in time become hair..manga style kinda. Brazil dosent handle alpha maps yet.
This image is lighted with Skylights and one direct light.
This second image is the same image with skylights, and direct light removed, and added two objects with selfillumination. So the scene is lighted with objects in the scene:

akira: some crits : the nose bridge should be wider, and not dented like it is at the tip. the chin looks too wide. the top of the head looks too small. where the eye meets the side of the head, you have the lid blending into the bone there, it looks funny. the bone just above the eyes is too thin.
looks good aside from that... and man that brazil is a great renderer, ive been using it exclusily for the last few months now... and pretty soon its going to have sub surface scattering... |
