I've never made a picture like this before... little curious what to do next, The picture have a lot of work left. Just need some tips on the way <P>

hmmm.. well the main problem is that you have gighlights everywhere.. there shoudl only be light where the light is coming from.. which would be his top left.. it shouldn't all be eliminated like that...

I agreee. The highlights should fall on his back and his front hsould be more in shadow with cooler colors.

Also, the light should diffuse out a bit more instead of having such a harsh edge to it.

I dig the style though. Cant wait to see it once you finish it.

I think you should lighten it up a little, but keep the same proportions to the light; make the dark area a little less dark, and make the highlighted area brighter.
