Wow, the forum's back up! Well, might as well show what I've been doing. Here are two pages of my comic(pencils) and a small colof pic from the third page, which I have ALOT of fixing to do.

Wow, looking really cool both the artwork and the coloring look terrific.
I'll take a closer look now to see if I can follow the action...good job so far.
Okay, I'm guessing it's a confrontation of some sort, between mages; you did an establishing shot for the girl but not for the guy so that confused me a little.
Then the guy fires his blast and we see it getting close to her but does it touch her does it go through her???
and the last couple of panels I don't really get...is there going to be any word ballons there????

| Here's how it goes. The guy is a powerful sorcerer, teaching the girl to hone her skills. The whole thing is her trying to maintain control of the energy and send it at him. At the bottom of the first page, she does. The pic at the top of the second page is the guy stopping the energy in its place. And, yes, there will be text bubbles. |
