Hi Sargent,
I think you should try using some reference, for example yourself. Look at the proportions of your arms, legs etc. and compare the lengths to the rest of the body.
In your drawing some of the proportions are a bit out of control, like the left upper arm.
Observe your reference closely.
Good luck and greetings, |

The abs area is elaborated too much. you should look into muscle mag to see the muscle development of that area, and I am sure it would help you get closer into drawing proportions. |

His pee-pee is too long and prominent, and his stature is off height wise. Laterally speaking, he is too rigid, with no muscle differentiation. Break out a comic book and take a look at the basic structures and look back at yours, you'll quickly see what is disproportionate and oblong Good luck. |

HAhaah! that's the longest torso I've ever seen! Dude... if his arms were relaxed, and hanging at his side, they'd barely reach his hips... stand up, and see where your hands fall.
...
...
Different, eh? The elbows meet the bottom of the rib cage, in real-life... try lining things up like this. Draw a guy standing - not doing anything, and copy the fella from a decent drawing book, then apply what you've learned to action shots like this one. I'm guessing you're really young, and this isn't such a big thing, if that's the case... so study up, and keep practicing, fella. Also, cut the torso in half, and it MAY be short enough.
...gack!... |
