Thanks

The background looks great. The only thing that I'd do is distinguish a light source and add shading from there. Maybe by the rocks and trees. Anyway, that's just my oppinion (for what it's worth) Great piece. |

I apologise. I meant her right breast, our(viewer's) left.

Hello.
You have chosen a good time to post. I believe the woman character appears out of 'proportion' in various places:
-the left arm, and the left breast seem obvious. I would make it less so. both of them need to be smaller/or 'rendered' to appear so. The measurements might be right, but what 'is' right and what 'looks' right are different things sometimes. You may be planning on changing that, but I would do it now before you are too immersed in 'modelling' he figure.
...due to it not being rendered yet I could well be wrong, and it may be an optical illusion later corrected by the 'rendering' However I urge you to keep an eye on the left side of the figure when you're doing this, and try mirroring the image and then see how it looks, this is a good way of detecting errors.
Good luck, and be sure to post the final version. |

exo: thanks for the comment, I see what your saying and am planning on doing that, I just hope that I dont mess it up.
Darkglade: I don't know if you meant her left or the wiewers left, but now that I look at the figure again I do see something out of place. I will work on the proportions again to make sure everything is correct. If you meant her left, that arm is suppossed to be foreshortened a little bit, so hopefully the modeling will make that clearer.
Again, hope to have more of it worked on after the weekend.
Thanks again to for all the input.
Anyone else have any suggestions/comments? |

Ok, as promised here is some more work done.
Mostly working on the figure just a little work to the background and the water.
Darkglade did I get to the anatomy you were talking about? Not done yet still looking at it. Ever since your comment I keep sketching it over and over again I may have to fudge what it should be for what it needs to be like you said.
here it is
