[EDIT]: Okay, I uploaded the revised Elf, hope he looks like one! I added hair and enhanced the armor a bit, I'm also contemplating adding some elements to the spikes. Lemme know what ya think!

Fantasy stuff! Rock! This one looks very good.
Go a head and post more, it's always a pleasure to see great fantasy pictures. The concept is very inspiring. |

Sweet
Good attention to detail on the face and cape.
I would like to see more detail on the belt buckle and some of that breast plate.
Is that breast plate one solid piece or what I mean is are those the elves abdominal muscles or the armor? |

Also not to get too critical because I like this so far but if you look at his left shoulder the spikes seem to be a little off in the direction that row is going.
Maybe just me though |

How is this and ELVEN warrior - looks more like a barbarian, who killed an elf, took his armor and mounted spikes on the shoulder plate :-)))))))
Well OK, the barbarian with a LONG neck [crit]

Great suggestions everyone. And I can kind of see the barbarian/elf confusion. I've made some changes....(i.e. giving him hair) and I'll upload the latest version after work tomorrow ![](images/smiles/icon_smile.gif) |

err... was it a joke? If so I'm sorry, I've surely overreacted... You know, I was into Tolkien's world since 9, when I started reading Lord of the Rings (it took me almost a year then :-))) And then I see someone saying that we do not know JRRT in Russia... I just got a little... well yeah mad.
Do you have Russian anscestors? I'm pretty surprised that you named Chekhov and Turgenev, usually when people from other countries talk about Russian literature they stop at Dostoyevsky :-)))))) Again sorry for what I wrote, I probably misunderstood you or drew the incorrect conclusions from what I read...
Hail
P.S. And yes, you are forgiven, am I?

TheSOurPatchKid: I am Sorry for YOU, dum&*^(
I was in Tolkienist / RPG community for years
And if you would compare LARP in Russia and in America - you would surely see how much you suck. "Creative" anachronisms is all you are capable of (if only you have a bunch of medics around in case someone gets injured)
America will burn
Salty Dog: Now he looks like an elf!!! Good job.

It does look very good, though I supposed I am used to frailer elves (but, of course, since there AREN'T any thats open to interpretation.) ...
P.S., the transatlantic coversation was very amusing heeh... I was cracking up. |

Love it so far...his right shoulder seems to get lost a tad, unless he were twisting away from us. I don't mind this studlier looking elf, tho I agree, I am used to thinking of elves as finer boned...cool armor work and like the hair and eye tat.
