OK, I've stared at it long enough. I'm just learning to see the world in color with light and shade (after a lifetime of lines and shapes), and am rather slow. Something's wrong, but I can't figure it out. I'm looking for the languid, "I can be as evil as I want, so nyahh" look, but I just can't get any farther. I've overworked the leg area, that's for certain. Any help would be appreciated.

does she have eyebrows? thats all i noticed. maybe eyebrows would help the expression.

I think that it is looking good so far. I would like to see some better design of the background. No thought seems to have been put into that yet.

Good style though.

I like the wilspy hair. The bones don't communicate that well right now either. Is she dropping them or are they levitating up to her hand. From the looks of her other hand she probably just got done eating some poor sap. Just seems to need a little more attention to everything else in the piece besides the witch.

That is pretty wicked (literally). I dunno if this was intentional but, if her top was that low her breast would be hanging out. As of now I can;t tell if it is or not, but it just doesn't seem right.
