Any ideas would be welcome, this started out by just doodling and then I liked the figure, now I'm trying to come up sith a background.

It worked! I like your fat man a lot. His costume seems to suggest a primitive environment, except that he's wearing sunglasses. Maybe he lives in a rugged post-apocalyptic desert where they have to scavenge for supplies, clothing, food etc. from whatever's left of civilization.

Wow, that was quick! Yeah, that's pretty much what I had in mind. But now the lighting on the environment and the character don't match...
