It looks to me like the nose may be a bit out of perspective(turned to the right a little to much) |

there are no eyes but i'm sure you noticed that ... if you are trying to maintain them in shadow, bring down the shadow a bit and make it less angular |

I tried to fix it up, seeing as I spent some time over the holidays trying to draw faces. Of course, my technique sucks, and even my knowledge sucks, but I thought I could pick up a flaw or two and try to fix them.
Humble rework:
Hope it helps...
I straightened up the brows... if you look at someone face on they actually go downwards towards the side of his face. In your case, you're looking at a slight angle, but not enough to make them arch upwards so much. I straightened the nose, which was the easy fix. I also messed around with the lips, cause I thought that lip looked very disturbing. I applied the Hogarth way of having the lower lip slightly thinner in the middle (funny, but most other teaching materials don't mention that, some even don't draw it). I think it looks a bit better this way... of course I could be wrong :-)
Oh, and I added an upper lip, cause it still looked disturbing.
So, I hope it helps, and I hope my very poor skill doesn't offend anyone :-P
