i think your artwork is great, and simple menus are fine. but it would be cooler if the menu was a little more interesting.

It's pretty nice and clean and stuff, and the idea of having every first letter small and the rest capitalized is original, but it doesn't work for me...

Of course it's your site, and hence your choice, but I would dump the "small first letter" scheme...

Otherwise, as I said it's nice and clean and I like it.

Thanks for your comments guys.

- edible snowman - a more interesting menu, I agree that it is a little bland and any suggestions would be great. Seeing that I will be building the HTML, for the actual text, I don't want to use a graphic so it is a little limiting. Maybe a background graphic or something.

- SushiMaster - that letter thing was one reason I wanted people to have a look. I'm tending to think that I will dump it. On some letters it works, but on others it obviously doesn't.

Keep the crits coming.

thanks for the feedback. Just a couple of quick comments:

Freddio - point taken over the text colour, does seem a little dark. As for when, well, hopefully within a week (will be pushing it as I still have to design the inside pages and the site has 100+ pages that have to be updated with the new style).

Jenn - possibly could do a better one but I have a few constraints. I would like quick download times, for the design to be as compatible with as many browsers as possible. It is also kinda a 'interium' design until I have enough time to do a proper Flash version of the site (which will be completely different).
