Just the head part of a Penguin 3d model that I've been working on.

Hey, looking good, I like the detail you've put into it, what method are you modelling the head in? I'm learning 3ds right now following the tutorials and I can't seem to edit vertexes precisely while polygon modelling (meshsmooth), there's just too many to keep track of! ahhhh!

That looks awesome. Do you have a webpage with any other work to show?

Sorry
here

IGNORE ABOVE LINK
THis is the Index page with all my 'In-Progress work. http://www.geocities.com/ben_kas

In reference to the Detailing I use Sub-division surfaces in lightwave + Polygon modelling for the nooks and crannies. Personally i think you should switch packages
Zedex, Max is good, but slow. As all other programs with acception to Cinema 4D it will take you 3 times longer to achieve the same task in Max than it would in Lightwave.
