The legs and waist look a little flat, I see you added shadow, maybe add some more highlight and definition. I think spidey's left hand should be turned outward kinda like the right hand because looking at it the right hand and thigh look like there touching when it's probably out a bit more. Just my thoughts. Good Work!

Hi Kapowee,
I think this image is quite dramatic. Good job!
However, as Ozymandias points out, the arms are too short, the head sits at a very awkward angle and the hips need to rotate with the torso.
Look at some anatomy books if you're unsure, and keep drawing!
I fixed a few of the glaring problems and, to increase drama, I've added lighting and shadow.
