I need your help to finish this girl
I need strong critics, i know her nose isn't good... her arm and so on.

the nose isn't good ? imho, it's a very personnal statement because as the drawing isn't realistic, well, the nose can be as you want it to be :) I like your style !
As for criticisms, maybe you should decide where your light source is coming from... If it's from the upper right part of the pict, there is no way her clivage could be shaded like that for instance... As for the blade she's holding behind her, maybe make it a bit more "metal" like because at the first sight, I thought it was a wing :/ oops :)

My 2 canadian cents, let's go on a beaver hunt :)

Pretty cool, i see where you going with this. I think, her boob's are looking kinda, flat not size wise, just generally, trying giving them more shape, more roundness (<--is that a word??)
Her right side of her face looks too wide to me, her hair should cover it more. Other than that i think it looks good, you have a nice style.
