I've got my new www.control2x.com main interface done. There is a little bit of flash embedded into it. Could you please go there and crit on it. Like is it easy to view? Does everything load properly? Does it look funny in your browser? Is it fast (for modem users)? And let me know of anything else.

Here is the link: http://www.control2x.com

You'll have to click on "see the new" to go to the new Ver2x.

Thanks so much, I look forward to hearing what everyone has to say about it.

The decorations on the top left corner and the flash animation looks good too allthough it should, imho, look a little more dirty.

New site looks cool

If I may ask, where do you start when you design a web page. Also what program do you use when creating the web page. Are you one that uses a text based editor and codes it manually or do you use a WYSIWYG editor.

Nice job, it looks really good - although you should integrate the navigation into the layout better.

And Gammprog - looks to me like he uses a WYSIWYG editor. His source is somewhat cluttered and overuses font tags. Dunno which one he uses tho.

Mogrol: you're right, needs more rust and dirt.

gammprog: Well I do use frontpage some, but for the most part I use Dreamweaver. Its the best html editor in my opinion and it saves me a lot of time from having to do it all by hand. I use Photoshop 5.5 and Flash 5 for all my graphics, and I usually just start drawing and something comes to me.

procyonnine: I havent finished the new navigation, I just put temporary text links to keep the site working and navagational. I should have the new navigation done in a week.

Thank you for the comments so far, Please keep replying to this, I'd like to see more than 3 people give me an opinion especially when there are 3000 members on this forum.

That's one fuckin sweet site. - but every time I see one of fuckin sweet sites, THEY ARE TOTALLY SPOILT WITH ADS. The maker of the site haven't even thought about putting those ads in the links-section at least. But no, just in the front-page.
But still - super -
(www.maxon.rules.it - not super yet, but there will be time for that)

I got the layout for the artwork section complete. Tell me what you think of it. Its http://www.control2x.com/artwork.htm and the main page is http://www.control2x.com

Tomorrow or tuesday I'll be able to get my drawings back up on the artwork page. But anyways, check out the art section and tell me what you think.

thanks.
