I'm not too happy with this one, not sure if the lighting is working out.
It's probably close to complete but I'll probably touch it up a little more.
Some comments and crits if you will

Looking very good Cos. I really like his face and his gun arm... nice! The muscles on this left upperarm indicates that its outwards is pointing towards us, yet the glove isn't... some sort of axis problem... but I could be wrong.

It's looking good Cos, I love the face.
What I'd suggetst trying is adding a dull, warm light source in front of him and to his right. This should help to give some form to the shadow areas, which currently leave him looking a little flat. I wouldn't overdo it, but it might help him feel more solid.
Of course, you might not want to break up all of those powerful blacks, it's just a thought.

Im not known to post many replys but i think this could be cool ( the dude is in general fine except or a more defined light source ) - but your background is sucking it completely detracts from the image try scraping it completly ( personally i think a futuristic junkyard could be quite cool )and perhaps frame him better in his new scene
Id like to see it finished ( its got nice potential )

Cos. this is pretty cool. Nice pose and attitude. One think stikes me odd though - and thats your choise of lightning. Why on eath didn't you use that cool greenish light coming from the outside of the cave? It would tie the picture much better together. I know its early, but please let the outside light have impact on the character...please...

This is quite nice Cos. The pose looks good although little stiff on the legs somehow. I like the expression on the face very much and also the background and its colors, I wouldn't change that. I agree with others that the shadows look a bit too black and make him look a little flat. Same thing with the cave around him. That yellowgreenish backlighting added to him and to the stone wall should really help a lot.

Thanks ppl for your feedback on this
Frost - Thank ya , I see what you mean about the glove, but it is meant to
rotate at the wrist section so I think I'm gonna get away with it.
RD - Thanksman , is a little flat, I did have problems figuring out the
lightsourcing on the guy..
Toast - Thanks, actually thats weird caue I had something like a junk wreckage
in mind for the b/g originally but I decided against it. I'm not too happy with
this background but I don't think its so bad it should get scrapped. I'd rather
do something completely new really.
Boom = ahh, thanks . I think you hit the nail on the head. Quite stupid of me
that I didn't use any of that lighting at all. I've added some now, maybe it
could of had more on the guy too tho..
Rhomb - Thanks man, yeah I do agree with you on the legs, thye still look a
little dodgy to me. I guess because I used so much heavy darks on them I gave
them less attention.
PixelPusher - Of course I don't mind Its not really what I was going for,
the colours look like he's under water a little. But its kool you trying it out.
