I like the face. I also like the hands, although on her left I think we should be able to see some other fingers in shadow behind the index.
I gotta stop reading this forum while sketching. I spend too much time looking at other people's stuff, and not enough time on my own.

Excellent, I like this cartoon style of girls you draw. Do you refer to anything when creating a face for your characters or do you draw from your visual memory?
You capture a certain female attribute in your characters that make them very believable.

The only thing I notice wrong with it are the fingers in the hand holding the controller... they seem a bit stubby. Maybe have them wrap more around the base of the controller, so it looks more like she's holding it, rather than just setting it in her hand?

Ivey: Sorry, no crits from me.
Unit: Go to ivey's website. I don't know if it's just me, but all her (female)characters seem to resemble her(not that that's a bad thing). Especially with those different colored hair streaks... I like those.

hope you dont mind me being a lil critical..
I think her stance is akward.. her balance seems to be too far back for her to be only on her tip toes on one foot.. and her back is arched.. that kinda stuff technical crap kinda caught my attention.. not that its important i seem to be the only one out of a few hundred that prolly saw ur image to notice it.
i dont see what you have to be frustrated about.. its a cool drawing..
