This still need some work. I need to smooth out some edges and stuff. Well here I am so far and as I promised I would say before.
This was painted with a mouse.

Hey neat, pretty good so far! Could maybe use some more dramatic lighting (harsher light and shadow)and you obviously arent done with things like his hands. On an overall note I dont think his "tail" works in that position, it looks too akward and it gets confusing where it goes behind him. Also the overall composition needs some work as he is cut off on almost every side, time for a bigger canvas! lets see all of him and some fish swimming around too!

Thanks napalm. The canvas is much larger but there is nothing to it yet. I cropped this and scaled it down for posting. Ill be messing around with the lighting after I finish the rest.

Too me, that is REALLY good. I can't even criticize it. It's just awesome.....wow...it's art like yours that inspires me, and makes me want to improve my own.....just.....wow.

maybe I am being too magnanamous, but I just think it's really great.
