 Now this one is a hottie... This is Katie Holmes for the people that just cant tell because I'm a beginner.
I used a reference pic from a J14 magazine... Besides not having as short a face as she really does (no one's perfect, except maybe Liquid or MAD  )what can you point out about this pic that throw's it off from looking like her. I'm not finished so I would really like some crit's..
And also, how in gordo's name do you guys make an image smaller without causing it to bitmap?

I fixed the length of the head because we all know that her almost perfectly shaped head makes her as beautiful as she is.. But if it doesn't look as good tell me, but I think it looks more like her this way.. Still working ON EYES!

Ummm...oh yeah! since I'm using a mouse it's going to be extremely hard for me to do the long strands of hair does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Her lips look a bit too 'bowed', blending them more into the face would seem appropriate. IMHO
