hi.... i've been working on this one for a while now, i started to lay out some colors as you can see in the first pic...
the second one is the lineart since i would really appreciate if someone could show me how they would shade and things like that.
and the lineart:
i need help on this one so please give it a shot..

Nice start!
But you need to work more on the proportions...
The arm holding the staff is much too long. Outstreched, it would reach past her knees like a monkey... It's the upper arm which is much too long.
(Get one of those wooden dolls, that I can't remember the name of, they are great for doing poses)
