I don't know if this has been done, but i think it would be interesting if people posted and 'villains' they have laying around. Here's my go:

I love your idea of Villains gallery and really want to participate

I found a quite old piece in my folders. Never really finished, it was supposed to illustrate a role playing game campaign i wrote. Not really top quality work, but if this thread survive i'll come back with better stuff

By the way your pic is really cool too.

Allrighty, here's another villain, a gas station one btw. This is also my first marker rendering pretty much, so please don't laugh TOO hard.....

Here's some kind of vilain I did 2 years ago. Quite simplistic but I like that picture like that. I did not paint the moon, I stole a pic from the NASA web site and modified it so it fits with the rest of the image.

I'd been mucking around looking for something to draw when I came across this nearly-forgotten thread.

To me, the two freakiest things are scary clowns and seemingly innocent kids portrayed in a freaky way.
