I had an urge to paint an elbow, and this is what it turned into:
I didn't use any reference, but its starting to look a lot like I girl I dated recently . . . I'm unsure if that's pathetic or not
I'll probably go back in and add a background, as well as tighten up a few areas . . . crit is welcome, though I'm not after a masterwork, just something passable.

That is lovely, man!
I'd like to see the details on the face sharpened up/worked on further. I like the colours, very natural.

Wow, I wish I could paint as loosely as you, this is great. Very good for a lack of reference. It's very convincing, realism-wise.

Would it look better if the head was moved a bit more to the left of this painting?
She looks as if she has a sad expression.

Spent a couple hours last night tightening things up, only to compare it to the original and decide that I'd wasted my time . . . some things are better left spontaneous I guess :/
